Refunds & Returns Policy

At Amira Beauty, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please read our returns and refunds policy carefully before making a purchase.

  • Returns Eligibility

    We accept returns for products that meet the following criteria:

    • Item is unused and in original packaging
    • Item is in the same condition as received
    • Return is initiated within 14 days of delivery

    To request a return, please email us at info@amirabeauty.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

  • Non-Returnable Items

    For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on the following:

    • Used brushes, sponges, or cosmetic items
    • Products with opened or tampered packaging
    • Sale or promotional items (unless faulty)
  • Faulty or Damaged Items

    If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include:

    • Your order number
    • A brief description of the issue
    • Clear photo(s) of the fault or damage

    We will assess the issue and provide a refund, replacement, or store credit where appropriate.

  • Change of Mind

    We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully before purchasing. If you need help selecting the right product, feel free to contact us — we’re happy to assist.

  • Refund Processing

    Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
